Leaders are responsible for so many aspects of managing a camp or conference facility. However, if the financial aspect is not managed carefully, everything else will unravel. ECFA Executive Vice President Vonna Laue will focus on how to monitor the financial health of your organization as well as how to secure the future financial wellbeing of the ministry.
