We will explore the results of this year's CCCA research project, "Exploring the Impact of Summer Camp Employment on College Students." We'll discuss our findings related to staff development in five key areas of human flourishing (spiritual formation, leadership, relational maturity, critical thinking, and moral/ethical reasoning) as well as what aspects of training and supervision are most effective in facilitating development in those five areas.
