Dining Room ManagerThe Dining Room Manager is responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the food and drink service lines at Spruce Lake (or at Pinebrook) locations. This person is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness for staff hygiene, serving lines and dining rooms. Must have a minimum two years of hospitality service experience, and a two-year minimum of management or leadership experience.
