Food Service Director

Quaker Ridge Camp is seeking a Food Service Director. This is a ministry position that requires someone who works with a team of young adults to prepare quality meals for 25-250 people year round.

Food service is an essential part of the ministry of Quaker Ridge Camp. This is a full time position that includes salary, housing, meals, and health and dental insurance.

During the summer the hours are long and hard but the retreat season is mostly shorter and easier. Ability to start before the current cook leaves would be preferable to help with transition. Position: Food Service Director

Responsibilities: Meal planning, food ordering, cooking and food preparation, customer service, organizing and cleaning the kitchen, leading and teaching a team of support staff, dietary meals.

Requirements: Personal relationship with Jesus Christ, ServSafe Certification, experience cooking, experience cooking for large groups preferred, experience with google docs preferred, ability to use a computer, ability to follow county health standards, report directly to executive director, work cooperatively with dining and dish-pit staff.
Pay-$2,500-3,500 per month depending on experience.
Includes 2 bedroom, 1 bath house.
Position starts as soon as possible.
