Expeditions Trip Guide

Lead outdoor adventures for overnight campers! Guide and facilitate canoeing on the Delaware River, hiking and backpacking, camping and more from "base camp" in the Pocono Mountains of northeast PA.

Pay is $400-$500/week; room and board is provided.

Spruce Lake's expedition program takes the camp experience to the next level with off-site trips and rustic wilderness experiences. Guiding two weeks of river canoeing trips, a week of Outpost Camp, off-site day trips, along with counseling at our overnight youth camp will give you an adventurous and unique summer! Pour into campers' spiritual lives while exploring God's beautiful creation. As a camp counselor and expedition guide, you have a profound impact on each camper's experience, and make what we do at camp possible.

Each summer we look for individuals who are responsible, fun, and have a desire to point people toward Christ! You'll be working with an amazing summer team as well as discipling campers throughout the summer.
