Overnight & Day Camp Counselors

Each summer we look for individuals who are responsible, fun, and have a desire to point people toward Christ in the Pocono Mountains of northeast PA! You'll be working with an amazing summer ministry team as well as discipling campers and living in community.

Pay - from $290/week for assistant counselors up to $500/week for senior counselors (ages 18+). Room and board provided.

Share Christ and have a blast with the campers in your group as you build relationships!

Assistant camp counselors (starting at age 17) gain experience working with campers with guidance from senior counselors and camp leadership.

Senior camp counselors (starting at age 18) lead small groups of campers with support from camp leadership.

Spruce Lake Day Camp provides a fun and caring place for campers ages 5-15 to learn about God and enjoy time outdoors with friends.

Spruce Lake's Overnight Camp gives kids ages 8-18 the opportunity to experience adventure and fun in God's creation for a week at a time by age group.

Camp counselors in both Day Camp & Overnight Camp have a profound impact on each camper's experience and make what we do at camp possible.
