Program DirectorWe are looking for an outgoing, well-organized person who will provide leadership and training in areas of developing, implementing, evaluating, and overseeing the special needs and military, faith-based camp programs at Ironwood. The Program Director will be responsible for program development, scheduling, marketing, summer program staff hiring, management, scheduling, and training, along with the faith development of summer staff. You will also be responsible for overseeing all activity areas of Ironwood including zipline, shooting ranges, rec center, challenge course, and many others.
