Camp Lutherhaven Program Lead

We are looking for 6 experienced camp leaders to work with our Full-Time Staff as a member of our Summer Program Team and serve as the lead for one or more of our summer programs! In addition to overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of these programs you will also facilitate all camp activities such as games, skits, and campfire and worship. Program leads are trained in ropes course facilitation. A large portion of your role includes mentoring Counseling Staff and supporting them throughout the week.

Program Team members each typically oversee or assist with two programs. This summer’s programs are Genesis (1-2 grade), Exodus (3-4 grade), Pioneer (5-6 grade), Villages (4-6 grade), Pathfinders (7-8 grade), Adventurers (9-12 grade), SALT (10-12 grade leadership), Champ Camp, Day Camp, and Family Camp!
