HEAD GROUNDSKEEPER/MAINTENACE ASSISTANT
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS OF ALL CAMP GRACE STAFF MEMBERS:
• Has a sincere love for the Lord and has a desire to see people come to know and grow in Him.
• Is eager to learn, loves people, and shows a consistent walk with God.
• Is in complete agreement with CBM and Camp Grace’s philosophies, policies, and Doctrinal statement.
• Is willing to forego personal rights for the common good of the ministry, remaining flexible and able to work with all other staff members.
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Possesses spiritual gifts that are complimentary to accomplish the physical work that is required.
• Possesses the strength and stamina to accomplish the work that often requires heavy lifting and is physically demanding.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible to the Facilities Director.
2. Responsible to mow, weed-eat, and fertilize lawns.
3. Responsible to weed and mulch landscape beds.
4. Responsible to trim hedges, shrubs, and trees.
5. Responsible to remove dead, damaged, or unwanted trees.
6. Responsible to water lawns, landscapes, and gardens.
7. Responsible to monitor and maintain roadways.
8. Responsible for the maintenance and up keep on ministry vehicles.
9. Responsible to keep the Rolling Chapel ready for use by staff and volunteers.
10. Responsible to treat for fire ants and other nuisance insects and animals.
11. Responsible for the maintaining of Lake Blue, the Swimming Hole, boats and equipment.
12. Responsible for guiding Volunteers who come to work with grounds maintenance.
13. Responsible to help the Facilities Manager in regular and special maintenance projects.
14. Responsible for other specific duties as required or assigned.

Time:  Full-Time Year Round
Salary:  Must Raise Full Support
