Marketing Manager

Berea Ministries is searching for a qualified, motivated, relational, and organized individual who will plan and execute marketing strategies to further expand our impact in New England. This individual will also help create, maintain, and develop current marketing practices such as brochures, emails, our website, and social media.

This is a key hire as Berea Ministries continues to grow and expand operations. Our year-round programs attract increasing numbers of attendees from around the Northeast, and it is our hope to continue to reach new people from all over the region. This individual would be responsible for implementing the marketing strategies necessary to connect with current campers and reach potential new campers. This individual must be passionate about making new connections, knowledgeable about current marketing strategies, able to communicate and lead others well, and detail oriented regarding administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• An ideal candidate is disciplined, dependable, teachable, good with people, has strong communication skills, general common sense, flexibility, and is willing to grow.

• A passion for Jesus Christ and His Church is required.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Experience managing a team is required.

• Significant camping experience is preferred.

• Photography experience is preferred.

There is considerable room for professional growth for a person who is motivated, aspires to be used by God in great ways, and wants to have tremendous impact for the Kingdom.
