2024 Summer Staff

Little Eden provides a great opportunity for college-age youth to spend a summer in beautiful northwest Michigan serving Christ by serving others. Staff will learn life-time leadership skills, experience living in Christian community, and be challenged to grow in their Christian walk while enjoying the benefits of one of the top tourist destinations in the U.S. With the beaches at camp and Lake Michigan only 2 miles away, Little Eden is a "vacation paradise!"

Staff orientation for the summer of 2024 begins Sunday, June 2. There are opportunities for some to begin work at camp as early as May and stay as late as September 13. While staff are serious about their relationship with Christ and serving Him at Little Eden, they also make a lot of great memories together.

A fourth-year summer staffer said this about her time here at camp:

“Being on staff at Little Eden has provided me with so many wonderful opportunities including improving my customer service skills, creating new memories, forging lasting friendships and strengthening my relationship with the Lord. I consider my summers at Little Eden to be irreplaceable. They have included some of the most rewarding experiences of my life thus far.”

Not only do our summer staff get paid, but they also get free room and board, access to Portage Lake, Lake Michigan, camp equipment and speed boat, and are eligible for scholarship funds matching their gross pay up to 125%!
