Summer Staff

Counselors at Camp Warwick can be assigned to one of our three camp programs each week: In-Camp, Day Camp, or Camp Sunrise. In each camp, counselors are expected to treat campers and peers with respect, sustain appropriate camper-to-counselor ratios, and do their best to ensure the safety of all campers and peers. Counselors will be assigned to camps each week, rotating and/or staying for more than 1 week at a time. Requests are considered on a week-to-week basis. Counselors will participate in games, activities, recreation, and programming in each camp while developing safe and healthy relationships with campers.

The purpose of this position is to further the mission of Camp Warwick by generating healthy and safe relationships with campers of various ages and abilities through participation in programming that enriches the emotional, spiritual, social, and physical lives of campers and staff. Applicants must be 16+ years old, have the desire to work with children and individuals who have disabilities, are comfortable sharing their faith, and feel motivated to work on a positive and supportive staff.
