Maintenance/Office Couple

We are looking for a purpose driven couple to join our team in full time capacity. One needs to have accounting and office skills (see job description) one needs to have extensive building and maintenance skills. We have a small very cohesive unit working here. We are looking for a special couple! They need to be able to handle to cold (can get -20 or lower) and also handle the dark. 3-4 months has around 5-6 hours of daylight.
