Responsible to: Executive Director

Responsible for: Sharing how great camp is through media, helping campers register for summer camp and groups for retreats, managing the Welcome Center including the store, canteen and office needs. Maintain open communication with the other staff being sensitive to any needs of which you may be able to help.

Responsibilities:

General: As the first person that many guests of Camp Caudle encounter, the Office Manager is to exemplify Christ in every phase of life, both on and off the job. He/She is to provide:

1. Camper registration. Including cabin assignments, camper accounts, payments and scholarships. Assisting Program coordinator with booking groups, their contracts and their payments.

2. Efficiently manage the camp store and canteen. Includes purchasing, inventory and some design of shop

3. Develop and implement marketing strategies through social media, email and mailers.

4. Bookkeeping and subsequent communication with the accounting office

5.Managing donations and donor contacts

6.Reception and clerical support.

Accomplishing this objective is to be consistent with the principles of the Christian faith, the by-laws and mission of Camp Caudle and in a manner that will glorify Jesus Christ.

Time:  Full-Time Year Round
Salary:  Paid - Must Raise Partial Support
