RISE Leadership Program

The RISE Leadership Program(Relational, Intentional, Spiritual, Experiential) at Truett Conference Center & Camp will give you the type of hands-on experience, training, and leadership opportunities to prepare you well for future ministry opportunities. This is a leadership position that will involve the following:
-Assisting with the Programming and Leading Retreats
-Outdoor Leadership and Adventure Recreation Planning
-Building Refined Skills in Instructional Development

-Planning and Running Summer Camps
-Leadership role during summer camp program
-Facilitating Recreation

More Info about the Program:
-RISE Leadership Program will be an 11 Month program
-$200 per week, more during the summer with a bonus of $500 for completing the entire program.
-Monthly Food Stipend
-Quality Housing with Internet, utilities, and laundry facilities
-Beautiful Location in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwestern North Carolina
-Training Opportunities, possibly including CCCA events
-Involvement in all aspects of summer staff hiring, training, and recruiting.
