Summer Adventure Challenge Education (ACE) Leader

Bair Lake Bible Camp is a year-round Christian camp in southwest Michigan, known for having a strong focus on meaningful relationships and dedicated service, all for the purpose of making known the name of Jesus Christ!

Adventure Challenge Education (ACE) leaders are responsible for running all adventure activities for the summer camp program. This includes high-adventure activities such as rock climbing and zip lining, as well as facilitating our group team-building program. Training in adventure programming and small group facilitation will be provided by Bair Lake Bible Camp.

Each summer we hire a team of college-aged students to help us create life-changing experiences for our campers. Positions are paid, include housing and meals, and provide priceless experience, meaningful discipleship, and lifelong friendships. BLBC Summer Staffers may have a primary and secondary role, which they will alternate between throughout the summer. An applicant may apply for both this role and another position.
