Information
Camp Christy was established in 1929 and is now owned by the American Baptist Western Area Churches. The Camp is operated under the direction of a board of directors and on-site managers.
Camp Christy, approximately 100 acres, is situated amongst beautiful rock and prairie of Western Kansas...ideal for hiking and sight-seeing. Scott Lake is another attraction located nearby.
Camp Christy is used to facilitate church groups, church camps, family reunions, school events, weddings, retreats, and many other events year round.

We are set up to handle the following group sizes in the various seasons:
During the summer, we can take care of up to 299 guests. In the spring, we can accommodate 299 guests. Our winter capacity is 299. Finally, in fall, we have enough room for 299 guests.
