Information

Loucon desires that every person who enters through our gates might know God and experience the life he has for them. Our camps are based around our core values of being God-Centered, Neighbor Driven, and Growth Focused, meaning everything we do is geared to point our campers to God, to reach every individual where they are, and to share God's love and message. Loucon is a second home to many; it's a place where people live and love the way God intended. Come experience it for yourself!

Loucon's purpose is to Kindle Christian Community, Make Disciples, and to Develop Leaders. We focus on sharing the Love and the Message of Jesus with all who enter our gates. It is our hope that you will consider Loucon for your next retreat. It is our desire to help you achieve your goals and to exceed your expectations!

Loucon is considered to be Holy Ground. It is a place where our staff strives to remove obstacles to grace so that our campers and guests may fully experience all that God has in store for them. Loucon is located on 679 acres bordering Nolin Lake in Grayson County, approximately ten miles from Leitchfield. It is a beautiful wooded camp with plenty of open space to run and play.

Loucon facilitates various experiential adventure activities. This is a means to help groups be challenged and to come together to accomplish a common goal. Let us help your group grow!

Loucon has various styles of lodging to accommodate all types of guests. We have lots of meeting space, and we provide quality meals. Come and enjoy our hospitality!

Loucon's desire is that every camper who enters our gates would know God & experience the life He has for them.

Summer Camp Mission: To provide opportunities for guiding and nurturing children and youth in a relationship to God through Jesus Christ. Our program intentionally presents Christ through daily worship and Bible studies in a way that children and youth can develop that relationship.
To create an environment of Christian fellowship in which campers can develop positive peer relationships and benefit from positive adult role models of Christian faith and practice.
To provide an outdoor setting in which camp participants are encouraged to develop an understanding and appreciation of their relationship to the Creation and the Creator.
Camp provides plenty of space and time for fun and relaxation as well as training in new skills, but our most important task is to present opportunities for participants to know Jesus Christ as Savior and respond to Him as Lord.
Loucon's desire is that everyone who enters our gates would know God & experience the life He has for them.

Retreats Mission: Loucon Training & Retreat Center exists to provide a safe Christian environment. Through personal attention we will enable groups to reflect, relax, and grow with Christ as they achieve their goals and exceed their expectations.
