Experts report walking outdoors supports brain health in a way few other activities do. “One recent study showed walking just 15 minutes a day can add years to your life, while a prominent neuroscientist called walking ‘a superpower.’” Getting outside serves multiple purposes such as lowering stress levels, increasing blood flow and boosting happiness.
