Sales Account Manager
Serves one by cultivating relationships with account contacts to create intentional connections for their needs with the services provided by the Conference Center.
Responsibilities - Direct Sales: Generates prospective calls and contacts target and key accounts. - Achieves personal sales goals as assigned quarterly and annually. - Customer Account Support: Confer with customers and other members of the sales team as needed to insure event details, such as space requirements, inter-departmental communications, time schedule, food service, and unique requirements are executed properly - Communication & Personal Development: Confer with the Director on a regular basis regarding account status, overall sales activity, and any service or operational problem impacting an account - Other Sales Department Activities: Participate in and support other sales department activities including weekly Sales meetings, exhibiting at conferences and trade shows, etc.
