Hospitality Off-Site

How do we manage situations when the guests aren’t right, and in fact, they are the problem? Hospitality professor Dr. Denver Severt addresses the reality of difficult guests and provides answers to dealing with these challenging situations.

The fee for this off-site is $20. Space is limited to the first 50 registrants. 

You must be a full-time paid registrant of the National Conference to register for off-site events.
