Skip TV, Go Outside

 

Studies show our brains are actually altered after watching hours of television including a drop in IQ and a decrease in verbal reasoning ability. As Stephanie Vozza writes, “I felt less rushed when we were out. There was no reason to run home to catch a show… I didn’t worry about time.
