Fall Programmers Gathering
2018 Tuesday, October 16, 2018, from 9 AM – 3 PM
Come out for a day of sharing & fellowship with co-laborers in Christian Camping!
Host Site: Haycock Camping Ministries
SCHEDULE:
9:00- Arrival and Snacks, etc
9:30- Intros/Prayer
10:00- SESSION #1 - STAFF THESE DAYS- a candid discussion on how to lead/disciple staff who don't seem to get "this camp thing". We will attempt to answer the age-old questions like: “How do you get over the mid-summer slump?” “How do you get your summer staff to clean up after themselves?” “What do you do with a counselor who just isn’t doing a very good job?”
12:00- Lunch
1:00- SESSION #2 - CAMPFIRE MASTERCHEF / STEM @ CAMP -
PART 1: Bring a campfire snack to demo (prep & cook over a campfire) with the group!
PART 2 : Share /swap STEM programming & activities with the group.
3:00- Optional camp tour
