Maintenance Coordinator
Hartland is now accepting applications for the position of Maintenance Coordinator.
This position includes assisting the Operations Manager with the oversight of all operations including: maintenance and repair of all buildings and systems.
This additional coordinator position will help provide staffing and leadership for our growing campus.
Applicants must have Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a willingness to serve others, be organized and able to oversee multiple tasks and work crews, friendly and able to work well with others, be a self-starter, able to work independently, complete tasks in a timely manner, ability to lead work crews and physical ability to perform assigned duties.
Must have experience in several of the following areas: • Grounds keeping • Utility systems (water, sewer, electrical, HVAC) (one or more preferred) • Painting • Construction and repair/renovation of buildings, both new and existing • Tree felling experience • Heavy equipment • Vehicle and equipment maintenance
