Event Account Representative

What You'll Do:
- Discover New Opportunities: Identify and build relationships with churches and other potential clients within our market area. Showcase Ridgecrest as the go-to spot for their next big event.
- Generate Revenue: Drive new business by securing event bookings and maintaining repeat clients through exceptional customer service.
- Direct Sales: Engage with key decision-makers, present our facilities as the best option, conduct site visits, and negotiate contracts. Your goal is to meet and exceed your sales targets.
- Inbound Sales: Handle incoming inquiries, understand customer needs, and provide detailed information about our facilities and services.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with event coordinators and other team members to ensure every detail of the event is perfect.
- Stay Connected: Regularly connect with event account contacts and update the Sales & Marketing Director on your progress and any challenges you face.
- Team Participation: Be an active participant in sales meetings, conferences, trade shows, and other departmental activities.

Requirements
- Passion and Commitment: A strong commitment to Jesus Christ and our mission at Ridgecrest Conference Center.
- Sales Experience: Proven ability to influence others and close deals. Experience in sales, marketing, or business is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent at managing your time and tasks efficiently.
Communication: Able to clearly and convincingly present our offerings to potential clients.
- Relationship Builder: Sincerely focused on understanding and meeting the needs of others, building long-lasting connections.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with computer software used for event bookings
