Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will work alongside the CEO, increasing the CEO’s effectiveness and efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives and organizational success. This is an important, highly valued role who will interact with a range of key stakeholders, including the Board, Ridgecrest’s executive leadership team, donors, and others. This is a primarily onsite role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Administrative functions such as managing calendars, email, and communication for CEO, and arranging travel.
• Support activities of the Board and Ridgecrest’s executive leadership team.
• Prepare documents, presentations, meeting agendas, and reports.
• Research, summarize, and offer recommendations on information needed for decision-making and problem-solving.
• Manage projects.
• Support development efforts by assisting with donor communication and meetings.
• Consistently exemplify Ridgecrest’s core values: Serve One, Cultivate Relationships, Create Purposeful Experiences, Make It Better.
• Operate in alignment with Ridgecrest’s Leadership Values and Behaviors.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Education, Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Other Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (a combination of education and work experience may suffice)
• Executive level administrative support: 3+ years
• Written and verbal communication (with excellent spelling and grammar) – Advanced
• Administrative/Organization skills – Advanced
• Manage details while multi-tasking – Advanced
• Prioritize tasks – Advanced
• Microsoft Office 365 - Advanced
• Spanish-speaking will be considered a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Be detail-focused while multi-tasking effectively.
• Have a demonstrated track record of finishing tasks on time and with high quality.
• Graciously but firmly protect the CEO’s time and focus.
