Food Service Manager
Laurelville is seeking a Food Service Manager who is collaborative and service-minded. The ideal candidate will will have 3+ years of chef/culinary experience and the heart to supervise and mentor young staff, tackle administrative tasks, a current ServSafe certificate, and the knowledge to oversee all kitchen operations. This Manager will work alongside a fellow (Head) Food Service Manager to ensure coverage and oversight of all kitchen operations sharing the duties including cooking, administration, and more. Speedy, quality work with attention to dietary needs, waste control, problem solving, grace & humor are all required. Applicants must be a great cultural fit committed to serving with warmth, grace, and Christ-like hospitality. This position is perfect for the experienced Chef who is tired of late nights and the emerging Chef looking to grow through their first opportunity in management.
