Front Desk and Reservations Manager

Leads team to create, develop, and implement an excellent guest registration experience. Includes a results-oriented approach with attention to details and excellent guest service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and lead assigned staff to excellence in operations and continuous improvement
- Implement, manage, and design operational systems for the guest registration experience
- Fully responsible for billing and collecting final payment
- Schedule assigned staff in order to offer the best possible service to our guests
- Exceed guest expectations with excellence and grace when issues arise
- Collaborate with other Conference Center teams to accomplish various tasks and projects

Education, Work Experience, and Other Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Supervisory or Management experience (3 years)
- Customer engagement/service experience (1 year)
