Primary Responsibilities include supervision and leadership in the areas of Facilities, Food Service, Volunteers, and Housekeeping, helping to enhance the camper and guest experience. This is primarily an administrative and leadership position, yet the ideal candidate will have a servant’s heart and not hesitate to jump in and work alongside other staff members and serve where and when needed. The Site Administrator will guide, mentor, and support Camp Henry’s Facilities Director, Food Service Director, Volunteer Manager, and housekeeping staff. We have experienced incredible growth in the past several years, investing over $8.5 million to significantly enhance and expand our facilities at camp. We served over 2,100 summer campers and an additional 10,000 year-round retreat guests in 2023. We aim to maintain our incredible positive momentum with our summer camp program and to continue to grow and enhance our year-round groups. We are excited to welcome a new Site Administrator to join our year-round staff of 20 members as we look forward to challenging Camp Henry’s potential and the exciting opportunities ahead. Previous supervision, management, and Christian camping experience preferred. Start date negotiable, yet ideally in Feb.
