Food Service Manager

As the Food Service Manager, the employee in this position will perform necessary cooking, provide leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and dining room. This employee will help ensure a positive experience for our guests, being the hands and feet of Jesus as we feed our guests and campers.
The standard qualifications for being on Camp staff is being willing and able in good conscience to support our statement of faith, values and mission as an Evangelical Christian, non-profit ministry. We are looking for someone who is experienced in an industrial kitchen, menu planning, supervising employees etc. We are also looking for a person who has strong attention to detail, accurate and good follow-through. Must have strong customer service skills and be a clear communicator and must be willing to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings as scheduled to serve guest groups and events.
Position will begin as soon as possible. This is a year-round, full-time position. Pay range will be $25.00 to $27.00/hour DOE. On campus housing available and forgivable moving loan available to cover moving expenses.
