A Campus Manager is an individual with a passion for connecting and building people up, and serve in a hands-on position responsible for recruiting qualified summer staff for all necessary Summer Staff positions at Camp Cho-Yeh. This role provides the opportunity to develop and execute creative staff recruiting and retention strategies that are critical to mission success and future growth of the organization. This position will have responsibility over active recruitment of all summer positions, college campus presence, hiring and interviewing of qualified applicants, and other methods as determined by the recruiting team.
