Camp Luther Summer Program Manager

The Summer Program Manager is responsible for:

-Leading and directing our summer youth camp programs
-Serving as a member of our communications team, including driving marketing and communication efforts for our summer youth programs
-Recruiting and training our summer staff team, in collaboration with the Director of Programs.

This position serves as a part of the Camp Luther program team to lead summer and year-round ministry programs, coach and build up our summer staff team, and live out the mission of Camp Luther with the people who come to camp.

Hiring Timeline:

We will conduct interviews on a rolling basis as applications are received. Our goal is to find and hire someone this fall, but we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.

Salary/Benefits:

This is a salaried position with a starting salary range between $36,000 and $46,000 based on experience. On-site housing may be available but is not required. An excellent benefit package is provided with this position, including health insurance, short-term disability, retirement, and paid vacation.
