As the Director of Marketing, Sales & Events at Carolina Creek Christian Camps, your primary goal is to drive revenue and occupancy growth and support the organization's mission of providing transformative experiences for campers. In this key leadership position reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales, marketing and execution strategies to increase annual revenues from $5,400,000 to $8 million in 3 years. Your innovative and strategic approach will play a critical role in expanding the camp's reach and attracting new participants and retaining satisfied ministry partners.
