Controller

As the Controller for New Life Ranch you help ensure that NLR is operating out of financial integrity by overseeing flows of funds, and creating, implementing, and maintaining accountability systems and internal controls that prevent, or detect and correct, errors and inaccurate accounting documents. You will do this by overseeing the finance, accounting, and reporting activities, as well as the payroll process. You will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to identify accounting issues and implement procedures to ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations. All of this is a part of ensuring that our mission of proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equipping believers for ministry can continue on for generations to come.

-You have a strong understanding of finance and accounting.
-You can manage financial projects.
-You have the ability to analyze and manipulate data and resolve problems.
-You have high integrity and confidentiality.
-You are detail oriented, and organized.
-You have strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel.
