Hospitality Manager

Covenant Point Bible Camp, (Upper Peninsula of Michigan, www.cpbc.com) is seeking an adaptable, organized, and experienced leader to join our team as Hospitality Manager. Start date is flexible, but would be after summer 2023. The Hospitality Manager supports Covenant Point’s mission, vision, and core values, by directing our food-service and housekeeping operations. Covenant Point is a small/medium, year-round, wilderness camp and retreat center serving churches of the Central Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church and whomever our ministry can reach. Growing relationship with Jesus Christ, emotional maturity, and compatibility with the Evangelical Covenant Church is vital. $32-40K base salary, platinum-level comprehensive health, dental, vision, and mental health and life insurance plan, 403b retirement match, generous time off, continuing education, and sabbatical plan.
