Facilities Associate

Identifies, proposes, plans and schedules the maintenance, repair, modification, installation and construction of both the interior and exterior of buildings and other camp structures. Specifically responsible for the maintenance, repair and remodel of building foundation, all components of building shell and building interiors and exteriors to include walls, ceilings, floors, doors, plumbing fixtures, heating /cooling, plumbing systems and windows, etc. Works in cooperation with other camp personnel both within and outside of the facilities department, along with any occasional subcontractors or outside vendors to accomplish desired outcomes. Assist in snow removal and participate in an "on-call" rotation.
