Summer Lifeguard

This position will oversee campers' safety and wellbeing in the pool area. This includes reviewing pool rules at beginning of each camp week, administering the swimming test, lifeguarding by paying attention to swimmers at all times, and maintaining the pool area. Lifeguard certification is preferred but not required. Joy El can provide certification.

You will gain life skills, practical job experience (internship available), lifelong friendships, and individual mentoring while working for a greater purpose. In addition to summer pay, we offer summer staff scholarships for those pursuing higher education that start at $500 and increase to $750 and then $1000 each year.
