Video Production Manager

As the Video Production Manager you will tell the story of all that God is doing at New Life Ranch through the medium of video. You will work on a dynamic and creative team to market and promote what's happening at NLR, and capture impact stories in order to expand the work God is doing through this ministry.

About You:
-You are proficient in video shooting and editing, including proficieny in Adobe Creative Suite.
-You have a passion to create and a desire to tell stories through video.
-You understand various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc).
-You enjoy staying on top of video prod. trends, and are able to integrate those into the overall brand of NLR.
-You have a basic understanding of motion graphics.
-You strive for excellence in your craft, not for the praise of people, but for the expansion of the Gospel.
-You have strategic organizational skills that include attention to detail and project management.
