Support Staff Leadership

All leadership will lead Bible studies, disciple summer staff, and have a myriad of other behind the scenes duties to serve guests and make camp happen! Leadership staff should be responsible, adaptable, and a clear communicator, willing to have hard but healthy conversations. They should be able to take initiative and finish tasks without supervision. The heart of service in all leadership positions should be rooted in their relationship with the Lord, including setting a positive tone for all staff.

Support Staff Leadership will oversee staff working in the kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds departments in an RA-type role. These departments are primarily made up of international staff on a cultural exchange program. You will live with the staff, mentor and disciple them, arrange town trips and cultural experiences, and most importantly build authentic relationships with those in your group. Spanish speaking will be a plus in this position.
