Summer Staff LeadershipAll leadership will lead Bible studies, disciple summer staff, and have a myriad of other behind the scenes duties to serve guests and make camp happen! These positions include Service Team, Support Staff, Day Camp, Conference Staff, Head Lifeguard, and Retail. Leadership staff should be responsible, adaptable, and a clear communicator, willing to have hard but healthy conversations to call summer staff higher to the Lord. They should be able to take initiative and finish tasks without supervision. The heart of service in all leadership positions should be rooted in their relationship with the Lord, including and setting a positive tone for all staff. Time: Full-Time Seasonal |
