Summer Ministries Manager

This is a full-time, year-round, salaried position that is vital to the success of our growing summer camp ministry. The Summer Ministries Manager will work closely with our other Summer Ministries Manager and the entire Summer Camp Team to assist in all aspects of running the Hidden Acres’ Summer Camp Program. This includes recruiting throughout the year, and hiring and training over 160 high school and college age summer camp staff. They will also coordinate with other camp departments and full-time staff for summer ministry needs. Overall, they will help create an environment in which lives are changed by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
