Retreat Manager

As the Retreats Manager you will be on the front lines of ministry to our retreat groups at Flint Valley. Once they make a reservation with us you will jump in and handle contacting, scheduling (on our side) and regularly be the host for their time when they are on site. You will be a part of the Flint Valley Guest Services team, working closely with others to ensure a great experience for groups, and to resource them to be able to have the highest impact ministry possible while with us. You will then help measure and evaluate our ministry to guests so that we are constantly improving.

-You are flexible and comfortable with a non traditional work schedule.
-You clearly and confidently communicate via email, phone, and in person.
