Shift Cook

As a part of our ministry through hospitality, our shift cooks will prepare delicious meals year round for retreat guest groups and busy summer camps.

Shift cooks will follow the menu selected by the lead cook and work with other staff to ensure the guests have a wonderful dining experience. We love when our cooks take ownership and use their creativity to make our camper/guest experience the best it can be.

Salary is $14-$17 per hour depending on experience. We offer excellent benefits including positive work environment, health insurance, retirement with matching incentive after 3 years, 10 paid vacation days, 12 paid sick days, 11 paid holidays, 5 emergency days, 5 paid missions trip days, and free meals while working.
