Group Ministry Program Director

Crescent Lake Bible Camp is an established camp, with almost 90 years of ministry, which is entering a new season of growth! The addition of a Group Ministry Program Director is our next step in reaching more people with the love of Christ and the peace that can be found in His Creation.

The Group Ministry Program Director is at the front of our customer service emphasis for the rentals component of our ministry; with their primary focus on marketing, developing, and implementing high-quality experiences for outside groups.

They are responsible for the day-to-day outreach, program management, and ministry to our rental clients. As such, they need to be a positive role model for staff and guests; be organized and detail-oriented; promote cleanliness and safety; and ensure that all programs offered are the best possible experience for everyone in attendance.

The successful candidate will have past experience working at a camp or related environment, be a born-again Christian, and completed a minimum of one year of education beyond High School. Preference will be given to those with a four-year degree or several years of experience in a full-time camp leadership role.

This position is full-time, exempt with an annual salary up to $30,000 (housing may be available). CLBC staff members are asked to engage in fundraising to help offset their salaries.
