Lead Coordinator, Summer Staff
- $375/week. Free housing! Free meals! Unforgettable summer!
Our Lead Coordinators (LC’s) provide support for the Support Staff Coordinator and Summer Staff team members by helping plan and implement the Summer Staff Program. The LC’s serve Summer Staff through prayer, spending intentional time with them, and creating a community that reflects Christ’s love. LC’s also oversees the planning and organizing fun weekly and monthly events, service projects, activities, chapel services, and more.
LC’s work approximately 40 hours before summer (at home) to prepare ahead. They arrive 1 week earlier than the program starts and stay 2 days later than the end date to ensure everything is taken care of. The summer staff program for 2022 will run from May 23 to August 7.
