Food Service Experience Lead/Cook
Full-time positions available for Heartland's Food Experience Lead. Responsibilities include:
Supervise and coordinate the preparation of food and other food service operations Prepare daily posted meals and items from a weekly prep list Assist with meal service and interact with guest groups during meal times Provide on the job training for employees Follow sanitation and safety standards in clean-up and operation of kitchen and dining areas Works in conjunction with Food Service Director to meet Heartland standards by implementing production, productivity, quality and guest service standards and systems. Ideal candidate would have a ServSafe Certification. Minimum of 3 years of food preparation experience. Leadership/Supervisory experience preferred. Has a heart for ministry and must enjoy working in fast-paced team environment. Provides excellent guest service and serves with a Christ-like attitude.
Time: Full-Time Year Round
