Food Service Shift Leader / Apprenticeship

The Food Service Shift Leader will join the kitchen team to help “set the table” for a great food experience for our retreat guests and summer campers that will keep them coming back. You will assist in all areas of our kitchen including planning, preparing and executing meals and working with our hourly staff to help make the kitchen run smoothly. You will be coached to grow in your abilities to lead and manage people, operate in a fun and sometimes intense working environment, work as a team contributor, develop your culinary skills, engage in personal growth and live in community. Our kitchen team wants to delight our guests with every meal in a well-managed, clean, fun and comfortable environment. If you have a bent towards hospitality, a heart to serve others through food, enjoy working with your hands and a desire for personal growth, then...we need you! We have positions available at both our locations; Flint Valley and Frontier Cove.
