Activity Facilitator
Serving with Purpose

Age: 18+

Dates: 5/14-9/4. Many openings for only a part of the season.

Description: Activity facilitators are the key staff who run the high adventure activities at Michindoh. These highly trained, professional staff members, are crucial to serving youth and partner ministries with exciting activities and experiences. We rely on them to “Serve with Purpose” the guests who come to Michindoh to “retreat”, rest, and grow closer to Him. Activity Facilitators may be trained to facilitate High Ropes, Zip-line, Climbing wall, Archery Tag, Gelly Ball, Archery, traditional Teambuilding, Extreme Foam Slip & Slide, and more. Activity Facilitators also serve an integral role at Michindoh by plugging in where needed each day as support staff. Setting up meeting spaces, and caring for the facilities and equipment are examples of additional tasks.

Goals: Being part of a community united behind a purpose greater than oneself, in His service. Provide continued opportunities for discipleship, training and growth, and employment into adulthood.

Compensation: $300 per week, plus housing, meals, and 250 acres full of nature to explore and share with friends and other staff.
