Outdoor School Program Specialist

Join our amazing team of Outdoor School Specialists and help set up and lead activities, teach outdoor classes, and participate in our exciting evening program!
As a member of the Outdoor Education team, you will have the opportunity to live in a Christian community with other year-round staff at Calvin Crest.

Qualifications:
- Work well with sixth-grade students, cabin leaders, parents, and teachers in small and large group settings.
- Learn and teach outdoor education curriculum to sixth-grade students while hiking on trails in all kinds of weather (including sun, rain, and snow).
- Demonstrate “up front” skills, including making announcements, helping lead songs, and performing skits.
- Be a flexible team player with a positive attitude, ready to work hard, and have fun!
