Guest Service Event Coordinator

Serve on a dynamic team focused on Christ-centered hospitality! As a member of the Guest Services team, the employee in this position may fill both guest service host and registrar roles. From coordinating the details of an event being held on campus by a guest group, hosting them while here and assisting in helping them achieve their goals and mission to working with parents and attendees of our Horse Camp and other programed related events processing their registrations. This employee will support all operational departments to ensure a seamless experience for our guests, being the hands and feet of Jesus as we provide Christ-centered environments, experiences and resources to draw people to God through camping ministries, conferences and events!

Beyond the general qualifications for being on WBCM staff, we are looking for a person who has strong attention to detail, accurate and good follow-through. Must have strong customer service skills and be a clear communicator and must be willing to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings as scheduled to serve and host guest groups and events.
